Cascina Rodiani adheres to the principle of responsible tourism and take seriously the impact of its activities on our eco-systems and natural resources. Located on the subalpine hills, on the Italian-Swiss border between the Lake of Como and the Lake of Lugano, the Cascina offers an ideal base for exploring the area and feeling out of time.

The Cascina, an old colonial house of the late 1600’s, situated on the hills of Parco Spina Verde of Como, at 460m above the see level, enjoys beautiful panoramic views from dawn to sunset. The large park that surrounds the property, is characterized by “ronchi” or terraces, once designed to promote agriculture and now occupied by the woods, strtching from east to west from the olive grove, to the orchard and the vegetable garden, from the greenhouse, to the garden and
 

the various terraces where you can relax amongst nature. In this protected area, the Cascina Rodiani is the perfect place for visiting the wonders of our region, both as a restoring stop on a long journey, or a longer stay. The indipendent entrance to the rooms offers maximum privacy and the breakfast, served at the table and freshly made every morning, give you the genuine tast of natural and sustainable products. Easy to reach from the airport of Milan-Malpensa, the motorwat E35 Amsterdam-Rome and the trains station of Como (15 minutes), and Chiasso CH (10 minutes). If you travel by train, we will be happy to pick you up.
