Some pictures of our pond appear in the magazine “Piscine Oggi” in an important article entitled “The Resilient Pool” by Floriana Romagnolli, ecologist, pioneer and expert in phytoremediation, registered with the IWA – International Water Association.

Certificate of Excellence obtained at the “Eco BnB Awards” for the 10 years of the historic Italian sustainable tourism portal, quote: “an important recognition for the most eco-sustainable and innovative accommodation facilities in Europe”.
2023
La Gerla Shop, start a new project of Cascina Rodiani that aims to enhance local products, grow vegetables, reduce waste and offer a retail service to counter the commercial desertification of the village of Drezzo and Pedrinate.

UNESCO Culture Tourism Award, promoted by L’agenzia di viaggi Magazine.
We have won this prize by proposing a tourist package that enhances the UNESCO Heritage of our territory. The package was created thanks to our partners Slow Lake Como and Burgio Carri Eco Rent.

The English newspaper The Times dedicates a travel article to the Italian lakes and our Cascina is also proposed! thanks to Dorothy for having brought us the article.
2016
Cascina Rodiani joined the Commitment Agreement LAKE COMO IS GREEN promoted by Provincia di Como, the Como Chamber of Commerce and the Como Protected Area Management Board.
2016
After 6 months of work between 2015 and 2016 we finish the construction of the natural pond where there was previously a meadow. For our pleasure, but also for the pleasure of birds, insects, amphibians, animals, etc., which, favored by a design with high landscape integration, find a useful and important body of water.
2014
Cascina Rodiani collaborated with TripAdvoisor in reviewing the Eco Leaders questionnaire, made available to affiliates of the review portal to assess their environmental impact. The quality of the evaluation questionnaire is excellent.
2013
The magazine TALEA – territory and environment of the Lario area, construction and architecture – in issue 41 of 2013 dedicates an article to our Cascina and our sustainable tourism project.
2012
Prize Lega Ambiente Turismo – Friends of Clima.
Cascina Rodiani is a member of Lega Ambiente Turismo and this award was our first step!

On May 1st 2011 the Cascina opens with a beautiful inauguration party that sees many friends and people from the village reach the Cascina again.
